Our Policies

Payment and Cancellation:

Deposit: 1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance).

Cancellation: If you cancel anytime, payments (less $25) are refunded once the unit is re-rented.

Forms of Payment Accepted:

  • Visa - Master Card
  • Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
  • Direct Bank Deposit

Unit Occupancy:

Checking In/Out: Arrival can be any day of the week. You may check in after 3pm and stay until 11am. Late checkout available by arrangement with owner

Maximum Occupancy: All units have a maximum occupancy of 4 persons

 

Additional Policies:

Pets: No Pets.

Quiet Time: There is no specific quiet time rule ... guests must respect neighbours.

Infants and Children: Guests are responsible for the safety of their children.

Smoking: No smoking in suites. Smoking is permitted outside.
