Kick back and relax in these ground level condo apartments with radiant floor heat, fireplace, and cozy decor. Enjoy a fabulous view south to the Okanagan Run and Apex Mountain Resort.

A flat, 3-5 minute walk to the Internet Cafe, Adventure Skating loop (Zambooni maintained), NHL Hockey rink, infamous Gunbarrel Saloon, and village center complete with grocery store, bakery, liquor sales, movie rentals, restaurants, cafes, gift shops, wine bar, pizzeria, hot tubs and spa. Enjoy 2000 vertical feet of awesome skiing, tube park, Nickel Plate Nordic Center, and showshoe trails.

Kitchen: The kitchen has a fridge with freezer, range/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, ice maker, eating bar or table and chairs, blender, dishes, glasses & cutlery , pots and pans, bakeware, basic spices and kettle. Complementary tea, coffee, herbs and spices, sugar, and food wraps such as tin foil, and saran wrap. Tools include a Braun whisk/stick blender with mini food processor plus George Foreman electric grill. Pots and pans are of a good quality and size. There are corning ware casserole dishes - Pyrex bake ware - a strainer for pasta lovers - leftover bowls - salad bowls with lids - wine glasses, beer glasses, shooter glasses and plastic glasses for children.

Bathrooms: Bathroom has toilet, tub, shower, hair dryer, towels and one basin.

Video and Sound: All suites have satellite TV, satellite music, VCR, DVD, CD / Cassette / Tape player.

Telephone and Internet: No Telephone in suite so bring your cell phone. Wireless Internet is available in all suites.

Fireplace: There is 1 electric fireplace.

Parking: There is no assigned parking. The parking in front of Unit #101 is designated as a 10 minute loading/unloading zone. All remaining spots are on a 1st come 1st serve basis. When the Outlaws parking lot is full, you are allowed to park on Clearview Crescent, provided the snow removal is adequate and it is safe to do so. Additionally you may park in the general parking at Apex Mountain Resort.

View: Enjoy a great sunny view south to the Okanagan Run and Apex Mountain Resort. Fabulous panoramic view of the ski hill or wildflowers, depending on the season.

Housekeeping: Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.

Additional Info: No Pets. No BBQ’s. No Smoking in Suites. Smoking is permitted outside. Coin operated laundry available at the Hostel and at Apex Mtn Inn & Spa, provided they are open. (Seasonal). Fire extinguisher in unit.

Locker: There is one locker for skis, snowboards, snowshoes, etc.
